This course meets the CTEC 20-hour requirement for California preparers who need to renew their registration.

Requirements:
  • Have an active PTIN
  • Pay a $5,000 tax preparer bond
  • Complete the 20 hours

You must complete these steps before October 31 of each year.

This course includes
  • 2 h Ethics*
  • 3 h Federal Tax Update*
  • 5 h California State Tax Law*
  • 10 h Federal Tax Law*
